Our aim is to get your order to you
as soon as possible after we have received it here in our office.
Unless some of the products ordered
are out of stock delivery can be expected 3 working days later and certainly
within 5 working days. However, if your order is urgent we can arrange
guaranteed next working day delivery on orders received before 12.00pm
(if stock is available) but there will be an additional charge of £15.00
and a signature will be required on delivery.
If you have placed an order on-line
and we anticipate a delay we will let you know by email within 48 hours of
receiving your order.
If you have placed an order by
phone and we anticipate a delay we will let you know by telephone within
48 hours of receiving your order.
If you have placed an order by post
and paid by credit or debit card and we anticipate a delay we will let you
know by phone within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you have placed an order by post
and paid by cheque, we are unable to despatch your order until the cheque
has cleared. This should be within 3 working days, but may take up to 7 working
days depending upon your bank. If we anticipate a further delay we will let
you know by phone within 36 hours of receiving your order.
Please note that all non-deliveries of an
order must be notified within 28 days of that order being placed. Otherwise we will
assume that the order has been received, and our contract with the customer has been
fulfilled. We cannot be held responsible for any non-delivery notified outside this
timescale.
Returns
If you would like to return an item
it must be done within 7 days of receipt with the item in pristine condition
and all the relevant labelling still attached to the garment. We are unable
to accept returns under any other conditions. You will either receive a full
refund or an exchange can be made with the balance payable or credited using the same
means by which you made your payment. Please retain a Proof of Posting
certificate from the Post Office to provide proof of attempted return should that be necessary.
Insurance is the responsibility
of the sender, we cannot be held responsible for returns mislaid by either the Post Office
or the buyer's delivery agents. It is therefore advisable to send returns by recorded
delivery or requiring a signature on delivery. The cost of the return is the responsibility
of the customer and not refundable by Sur la Piste.
Sale Items
During a Sale, if an exchange is required on an item
bought prior to the start of the Sale, the exchanged items will be credited at the original
price and new items charged at the original price not the Sale Price.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
